What you need to apply for a car lease in Malaysia

What you enter in the application
- Your details, including your NRIC and contact details.
- Your work and income: your employer or business name and your gross monthly income, before tax and deductions.
- The lease you want: the down payment and the term.
- Your consent to the terms and the privacy notice.
- If you apply for a company: the company name and its SSM registration number.
Documents we may ask for
You can upload documents from your application page. These kinds are accepted:
- NRIC, front and back
- Payslip
- Bank statement
- Another document we ask for
Files can be PDF, JPEG or PNG, up to 4 MB each, with up to 10 per application. Uploaded files are stored encrypted.
How your data is handled
We use your details only to assess and manage your application, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. NRIC and income are stored encrypted. Read the privacy notice for the full details.
After you apply
We assess every application, and may ask for more information or decline it. You can follow the status from your account. See how car leasing works for the steps from estimate to approval.

Do I need an account to apply?
Yes. An account lets you follow the status of your application and keeps your details in one place. You do not need one to browse cars or check an estimate.
Will I be asked for payslips?
We may ask for supporting documents, such as payslips, while we review your application. We will tell you what we need.
